3. Artwork

(1)  Design Softwares: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.

(2)  Files Formats: Artwork can be provided in JPG, PDF, AI, TIFF, PSD or EPS format with a JPG or PNG art proof (so we can check whether there's fonts or images lost in your artwork). CMYK color, PDF or AI preferred. Make sure all fonts outlined and all images embedded if your artworks are vectorgraph. 
(3)  Resolution: 1:1 size with 100 DPI resolution (1:1 size means the dimension of your file is the exact size of the finished size) or size in right proportionate, for example 1:10 size with 300 DPI.

(4)  Color: If you have any critical color requirement, please provide us with Pantone color number or a color sample for us to match color before pritning. Otherwise we will print your designs directly and there will maybe a little color difference (won't be too much).
(5)  How can you send artworks to us? 

Artworks can be sent by email (if smaller than 20 MB) or website link (if bigger than 20 MB), such as www.wetransfer.com, www.dropsend.com, www.dropbox.com, etc.

(6) How to know whether your artwork is high definition or not after printing?

Put the artwork into Adobe Photoshop, adjust the size of the artwork to be finished size, then click the 100% of the view button. If the artwork if blur, the graphic after printing will be blur; If it is not blur, the printed graphic will not be blur.

2. Shipping

(1)  Small order: Express by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT, cheap and fast, we are cooperating with DHL, UPS, FedEx and TNT, discount price, 2-5 work days to world wide everywhere.
(2)  Bulk order: Ship by air or by sea: ship by air is fast for short time delivery; ship by sea will be very cheap but take long time. We have reliable forwards to delivery all airports and sea ports.

4. Payment:
 

(1) Small amount we prefer pay through PayPal, big amount we prefer pay via wire transfer;
(2) Payment term: 50% or 100% deposit for custom-made products, the balance paid when production completed (before shipment).
